Start with a simple exercise that gives you an understandable task and feedback. In Intuisity, Train Your Knowing is one starting point for making a clear choice. If your goal is to explore your habits rather than score a guessing task, choose a strengths reflection. You do not need to identify a special gift before beginning.
What do I mean by a strength?
There are at least three useful meanings: something you enjoy, a habit you use often, and a task you perform accurately. They can overlap, but they are not interchangeable. You might enjoy picture exercises while finding it easier to keep an honest record in a simple choice activity.
Write down which meaning you want to explore today. “I want to find a practice I will return to” is a different question from “I want to check whether my confidence matches my results.” Naming the goal makes your first choice easier.
Which starting point matches my interest?
- If you want a concrete choice and feedback, try Train Your Knowing.
- If you enjoy describing shapes and impressions, try Remote Viewing Practice.
- If you prefer an activity involving a friend, explore Treasure Chest.
- If you want to reflect on how you notice physical sensations, read the body awareness reflection.
- If you want to explore how you listen and check your assumptions about people, read the emotional attunement reflection.
These choices introduce different tasks. They are not a ranking of which type of intuition is better.
How can I compare my first few sessions?
Use three separate sessions rather than switching activities whenever an answer is wrong. After each, write a sentence under four headings: enjoyment, clarity, feedback, and willingness to return. For example: “I enjoyed describing shapes; I was unsure how to judge a partial match; I want to try again with clearer criteria.”
Pick the activity where you can understand the feedback and stay curious. Keep that activity for several sessions before changing your approach. You are selecting a useful practice, not awarding yourself a permanent identity.
Will a strengths quiz tell me what I am best at?
Intuisity’s strengths reflections describe the habits you report. They do not directly measure accuracy or establish paranormal perception. Complete the questions before entering your name and email to view the results, and use the suggestions as starting points for practice.
You can also begin without a quiz: open Train Your Knowing, complete one activity, and write down what felt clear and what you would like to understand next. Let your choice evolve as you gain experience.
