By accessing or using Intuisity, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Intuisity.
About Intuisity
Intuisity is a daily intuition and personal growth platform with challenges for awareness, insight, mindfulness, synchronicity recognition, remote viewing practice, astrology reflection, and self-discovery.
Personal Growth and Entertainment Notice
Intuisity is designed for reflection, entertainment, education, and personal growth. It is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, scientific, or professional advisory service. Do not rely on Intuisity as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You agree not to use another person's account or provide false information.
User Content
You may enter journal responses, feedback, friend contacts, challenge answers, birth details, and other information. You are responsible for the content you submit and agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Friend Challenges
If you invite friends, you agree that you have permission to provide their contact information and send them an invitation. Do not use Intuisity to spam or harass others.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may be offered as free, premium, or subscription features. If paid features are enabled, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or by the payment provider.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to harm Intuisity or other users.
- Do not use Intuisity for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Intellectual Property
Intuisity, including its name, design, content, software, and features, is owned by Intuisity or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the service without permission.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that Intuisity will always be available, error-free, or produce any particular result. Your experiences, scores, and insights may vary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuisity is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or uses Intuisity in a harmful or unlawful way.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
