A lunch-break remote viewing game can be simple: record a few impressions of a hidden picture, reveal it, and compare your original notes. Keep it recreational and low stakes. You do not need to produce a vivid mental image or make a claim about psychic ability to enjoy the exercise.

Set up a small session

Before seeing the picture, write the date and choose a short stopping point. Avoid previewing a target or using a descriptive filename as an unintended hint.

Record before you reveal

Write a few plain descriptive words or make a simple sketch. If nothing clear appears, record that honestly. Do not turn uncertainty into a long list of objects just to guarantee something will fit. You can gently return to your breath if distracted, then finish the brief response you intended to make.

For example, “dark edge, open center, curved line” preserves a limited description. “Perhaps a beach, city, forest, or room” offers so many possibilities that a later match tells you very little. Keep any guess about the whole scene separate from the smaller observations.

Compare and close

Reveal the picture only after finishing your response. Mark what clearly matches, what differs, and what is too vague to judge. Keep misses visible. Chance, familiar images, and flexible interpretation can influence apparent matches; a single round cannot establish remote viewing ability.

Choose one recording habit to repeat tomorrow. Then close the activity and return to your day rather than extending the break to chase a satisfying result. If you recognize a target, note that familiarity and avoid treating it as a fresh hidden-information round.
