A sudden uneasy feeling may be called psychic, intuitive, or a premonition, but a feeling alone cannot identify its cause. Stress, memory, physical state, and uncertainty can all contribute.

Short lesson: three separate statements

Write “I notice…,” “My mind predicts…,” and “The facts available are….” For harmless practice, choose between two acceptable activities, record your first preference, and later note the experience. If genuine danger or severe symptoms exist, respond to evidence and seek help.
