You do not need a bigger goal every time you return to a game. One small question can make a familiar activity interesting again.
Choose a question about your approach
Try “What makes me hesitate?” or “Do I read the feedback before moving on?” These questions concern actions you can observe. They are easier to review than a broad goal such as becoming more intuitive.
Use one question for the visit. Changing it after every result makes the session harder to describe. If something else catches your attention, note it for another day.
Write a brief answer afterward
You might write, “I hesitated when two options looked equally appealing.” You have learned something about that session without needing a high score or an explanation for every choice.
