Words such as rough, curved, still, and spacious describe different aspects of an experience. A sensory vocabulary can make notes easier to revisit, but more descriptive words do not automatically mean greater accuracy. The useful skill is choosing words that represent what you actually noticed.
Start with a short rehearsal
Choose an ordinary object you can see. Without naming it, write a texture word, a shape description, and anything about movement that genuinely applies. Label one word that describes your reaction rather than the object. This visible-object rehearsal is preparation for note-taking, not a remote-viewing trial.
Use paper or your own notes app. This article does not supply a hidden target, upload your sketch, or grade your impressions. A rehearsal lets you explore the method before using it in a game. Keep any personal notes somewhere you control.
Three practice areas
Concrete qualities
Choose a description another person could understand without knowing your object guess.
Movement and stillness
Distinguish actual movement, implied movement, and no movement observed.
Personal associations
Write your reaction on its own line so it does not become a target description.
A concrete example
A polished cup might look smooth and remind you of a quiet kitchen. “Smooth” describes a visible surface quality; “quiet kitchen” may be an association. Preserve both if they occurred, but label them differently. In a later hidden-picture session, the same distinction helps prevent an association from becoming a claimed prediction.
Take the twelve-question test
Use the large test button and answer about the rehearsal you actually tried. Choose “Never / no opportunity” for steps you did not attempt. Four statements cover each practice area. The results compare how often you reported these habits; they do not rank you against other people or measure remote-viewing accuracy. Limited opportunity can produce a low total, and tied results are valid.
Unlock results after answering
After all twelve questions, enter your first name and email and consent to saving those contact details to unlock your results on this page. Results are not emailed. Your answers and scores are not stored. Receiving future Intuisity updates is a separate, optional choice.
Your profile includes a suggested practice for each area, a seven-day plan, and a direct link to the Remote Viewing Challenge. Use the habit suggestions as something to explore, not evidence of psychic ability.
