A psychic impressions journal becomes unreliable when memories are edited afterward.
Short lesson: use three lines
Write the date and time. On line one, record the raw impression: a word, color, picture, or sensation. On line two, note ordinary clues already available. On line three, rate confidence from one to five. Leave the original intact and add a separate outcome note later.
Review weekly, marking clear matches, misses, and statements too vague to score. Journaling does not prove psychic ability; it can expose patterns in attention, coincidence, and memory.
