A positivity activity with a friend can be a simple invitation: each person chooses one small kind action, then shares what happened if they want to. The aim is a comfortable conversation rather than a competition over who is most positive. Keep private situations private and let either person pass.
Agree on a light invitation
Ask whether your friend would enjoy a small activity today. Explain that they can choose their own action and do not have to report personal feelings. Avoid making participation a test of friendship or demanding an enthusiastic response.
Each of you might send a sincere thank-you, offer welcome practical help, or make time to listen. A kind action should fit the recipient’s preferences. An unwanted favor is not automatically helpful because the giver intended it kindly.
Practice separately
Each person can open Intuisity’s Positivity Practice using their own free account and follow an available prompt. This article is not describing a synchronized multiplayer positivity feature. Do the activity independently and talk afterward.
Keep expectations modest. A thank-you may receive no reply, and a helpful offer may be declined. Respect that response. The activity is about your choice, not controlling someone else’s reaction.
Compare observations, not scores
If you both want to share, ask what was practical, what felt comfortable, and what you would change. Do not rank gestures by cost, size, or emotional impact. Listen without insisting your friend should feel grateful or cheerful.
Choose whether to repeat
One person may enjoy another round while the other prefers to stop. Both choices are reasonable. A good shared practice leaves room for different experiences and does not turn kindness into an obligation.
