Positivity Practice is Intuisity’s daily action-and-reflection activity. You choose a gentle idea to try, notice what happens, and return to reflect. It is free to access with an account. Unlike the guest guessing games, this personal feature requires signup or sign-in.
Choose an idea that fits a real day
Open the activity and read today’s choices. Pick something small enough to try within your circumstances. The screen invites you to choose one simple thing to do, notice, or follow through on; it does not require you to transform your whole day.
You might use the chosen idea to pause before a conversation, pay closer attention during an ordinary moment, or follow through on a manageable intention. These are examples of an approach, not a promise about the exact prompt you will see.
Make the intention concrete
Ask yourself when and where you could try it. “During my afternoon walk” is easier to remember than “sometime today.” Keep the plan flexible enough that you can adapt if the day changes.
There is no need to force yourself to feel cheerful. A constructive action and an honest account of your mood can coexist. The activity is a reflection practice, not a treatment or a guarantee of emotional change.
Return with an honest observation
When the follow-up asks how the task went, describe what actually happened. A useful response might be that you tried it, forgot it, changed the plan, or noticed no particular effect. You do not have to invent a meaningful coincidence to make the entry worthwhile.
Keep the action and interpretation separate. “I paused before replying” describes something you did. “The pause helped the conversation” is your interpretation, which you can consider alongside what happened next.
Start with the access option that suits you
The button opens Positivity Practice and the account flow when needed. If you want to try Intuisity without signing up first, choose a free guest game such as Train Your Knowing or Treasure Chest from the activity hub. You can return to this personal practice whenever you want to create a free account.
