Choose an intuition activity when you want to record an impression and compare it with feedback. Choose a meditation practice when you want to spend time noticing your breath, attention, or experience without needing to guess an answer. You can enjoy both, but they serve different immediate purposes.

Begin with your goal for the session

Ask whether you want a game, a quiet pause, or a way to reflect on a specific choice. If you want a reveal and a clear result, an intuition game may fit. If you want to sit quietly without a performance task, a meditation session may fit better.

An app's label alone does not tell you what it offers. Check the actual activity, access requirements, and instructions. A calm design does not turn a guessing game into meditation, and a meditation timer does not test predictive accuracy.

Combine them without making a promise

You could begin with a brief pause: feel your feet on the floor and notice a comfortable breath. If distracted, gently return to your breath. Then open Train Your Knowing, read the prompt, and make your choice.

That pause is a way to settle into the activity, not a guarantee that your next answer will be correct. Record how the session felt separately from whether the choice matched the revealed answer.

Keep each activity's feedback in context

During meditation, noticing that your attention wandered can be part of the practice. In a hidden-answer game, the result compares your response with a target. It is unhelpful to judge the first only by a score or to interpret every miss in the second as a successful match.

Choose a practice that feels manageable and stop if it becomes uncomfortable or frustrating. You do not need to push for a special state or a dramatic experience.

Where Intuisity fits

Intuisity offers interactive exercises for first impressions and reflection. Its web games are free with no guest-play limit. A free email account is required for Progress Reports, Positivity Practice, and Astrology; astrology is not included in the iOS app.

The proposed journal and audio learning paths are still being explored, so this guide does not promise that they are available. Try an existing game below and decide whether that kind of feedback suits your goal today.
