Restart with one familiar exercise and a short review. You do not need to make up every missed session or test whether your intuition disappeared during the break. In Intuisity, choose an activity from the daily practice hub, follow its instructions, and finish by recording one observation about how you approached it.

What is a manageable first session back?

Give yourself a small practice window, such as five minutes, without requiring a particular score. Read the activity instructions again. Make your choice or record your impression before feedback, then stop at the point you decided in advance.

If you become distracted, gently return your attention to a comfortable, natural breath and then to the next step of the exercise. You do not need to empty your mind or create a special state before participating.

Should I begin with my most difficult exercise?

Choose familiarity over difficulty for the first session back. If Train Your Knowing was easy to understand, use that. If you enjoyed a different activity, choose it from the practice hub. The purpose of the restart is to make the next visit manageable.

Avoid using the first score after a break as a test of whether you still “have it.” A short activity cannot answer that broad question. It can show whether you followed the task and what you noticed today.

What should I write after the session?

Use three sentences: “I completed…,” “I noticed…,” and “Next time I will….” For example: “I completed one choice activity. I noticed I kept wanting to restart after a wrong answer. Next time I will finish the planned session before reviewing.”

Keep this note separate from claims about ability. Completing the process and getting a correct answer are two different things. Both can be recorded without making one a condition for the other.

How do I make the next visit easier?

Pick a realistic occasion to return, such as after breakfast on two days this week. This is a suggested personal schedule, not a claim that a particular frequency produces stronger intuition. Place your notebook or app link where you will find it when that occasion arrives.

If the plan does not work, reduce it or choose a different time. There is no need to turn a missed day into a reason to abandon the practice. Open Intuisity’s daily activities, complete one manageable step, and let that be the beginning of your return.
