A manageable game habit begins with something you want to do, not a score you feel obliged to reach. Choose a small goal that remains possible even when a round does not go your way.
Make the goal an action
“Read the instructions before choosing” is an action. “Get every answer right” depends on the outcome. Other useful actions include checking the reveal, preserving your original sketch, or finishing when you planned to stop.
Choose one activity for the first visit. Keeping the format familiar can make it easier to notice your approach. You can explore other games later without needing to turn them into a single comparison score.
Choose your next step after playing
Ask whether the activity was enjoyable and whether the goal helped. Adjust the plan if it felt fussy or rushed. Missing a planned visit does not create a debt of extra rounds.
